Dock Village Located on the Towamencin Campus, this rental-assistance apartment complex serves families or individuals of any age whose income level meets HUD subsidy requirements. It includes 10 one-bedroom and 80 two-bedroom apartments and 10 three-bedroom townhouses. Five apartments are designed to accommodate persons with physical disabilities. Included in Dock Village is a Community Building which contains a meeting room, laundromat, and computer lab. Play areas are also provided within the 16 1/2 acre complex. Dock Village has its own internal road system and convenient parking areas. Schools, churches and recreational facilities are easily accessible. |
 This summer, several senior residents participated in a grandparent program which gave residents the opportunity to share their gardening interests with some of the children in Dock Village. |
