Application Process All applicants for positions within Dock Woods Community will complete employment applications. Upon receipt of applications for a specific available position, the HR Department will review the applications and mail a postcard to all applicants acknowledging that the application has been received. The HR Department will then contact the supervisor/manager involved to review possible applicants with him/her and to determine who will be interviewed. The HR Department will then follow up in setting up interview(s) and second interview(s), if appropriate. Once a final candidate has been selected, the HR Department will extend the offer of employment to the candidate. After the candidate has accepted the position, all other applicants that were interviewed will receive notification that their application will be kept on file for other openings that match their qualifications. Applications, resumes, etc. received for positions in which there are no current openings will be kept on file for a period of six months. |
